HOW TO USE THE LOCAL TAXIS APP

Our app is the quickest and easiest way to book a Local Taxis car.

Step 1

STEP 1 – TELL US WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE PICKED UP

If the app doesn’t automatically recognise the correct address, please manually delete and type in the correct one.

STEP 2 - ENTER YOUR DESTINATION

STEP 3 - CLICK BOOK / PRE BOOK

Click “book now” if you would like your taxi to arrive asap or click “prebook” if you would like to book for later.

The app will confirm you booking has been placed immediately on the screen.

STEP 4 - PRE BOOKING

Select the date & time you would like to book for then click “set pickup date and time.”

Please confirm your booking by clicking the “Confirm Booking” button.

Confirm the details of your trip and make sure they are accurate.

STEP 6 - ACCOUNT MENU

Please click on the drop-down menu in the top-right corner to find your account menu.

From here, you can check your bookings, add favourites such as your home or work address, and call us!

I've used LT since the business started and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very professional with friendly drivers and excellent call handlers. Always on time and the fixed rates are really reasonable. Thank you LT for everything you do. Keep up the great work.

From making the initial call to the company for a car to the end of the journey, every member of the team was very friendly and chatty. I felt comfortable with the drivers and in no way stressed. Very willing in helping with shopping and with the elderly with walking appliances and wheelchairs. I like their attitude to people when picking up always a friendly comment. I do not use any other service except Local Taxi's even if I have to wait. I trust them implicitly.
